Luxe August Basics

In keeping with last month's goal to reduce my spontaneous chain store purchases (and hence keep my cupboards clean and my eco footprint reduced), I’ve put together a little edit of luxe basics I am currently lusting over!

Equipment Silk PJ Set

I need this silk set in my life! 1) Equipment shirts are the best ever ( I wear my so often and it ALWAYS looks and feels good), 2) It has a star print and I’m consistently draw to anything with stars, 3) How bougie do you feel sleeping in luxe pyjamas?

Quay Sunnies

I had to have these heart sunnies by Quay (who by the way make the best quality sunnies), because how cute are they? They may be a bit of a statement piece, but they look so amaze on the beach in a cute bikini.

Kendall & Kylie Knit Boots

I’m a boots all year round kinda girl - I live in them in the cooler months with jeans, but I still think they look fab with dresses and skirts as in warms up. I’m loving this slightly different take to leather with these knit material booties. They look super comfy and would really sleek up any outfit.

Leather Jacket

Another absolute must-have. I honestly cannot live without my trusty leather jacket - they are my throw over whenever it’s a bit chilly/if I need to make my outfit more dressy/if I need to funk up my outfit. So basically you’ll find me in a leather jacket very often - which is why I stick with brands that I know are quality. This Ksubi biker style one looks perfect!

Wide Sleeves

I recently picked up this long sleeve Free People tee from Shopbop and it’s been on repeat, reminding me of how great wide sleeves are as a statement piece for any outfit. This one has a cute frill detail, which makes a cute little addition to any outfit. Perfect with my leather pants and boots.

A Detailed Mini Skirt

Another new addition to my wardrobe is this runched mini by LNA. I love how you can adjust the length and fit with the tie - it’s so easy to change up to suit whether you are wearing to work, out at night or brunching!
