The Royal Hotel Paddington is one of my favourite venues - delicious food and gorgeous interiors, plus some pretty amazing rooftop views over Sydney! Saturday, I was invited to a Ladies Long Lunch and flower crown styling class - such a lovely way to start the weekend! Designing our own arrangements and attaching them onto the headbands quickly proved to be harder than anticipated. Flowers all of the table, interspersed with champagne and baked camembert (yum!), it was time

My biggest health goal is eliminating as much processed food as possible. It's definitely a hard task, especially since I'm on the go so often and packaged foods can make life so much easier. After my last trip to America I became obsessed with quest bars - they are so yummy but way too many unnatural ingredients, Since deciding to give up all processed protein bars from my diet, I've been looking for an alternative that is still yummy and convienient. spring clean
I am currently feeling massively inspired to spring clean my wardrobe - something about the excitement of the current fashion week circuit has me wanting to update my current look! Clean and crisp linen jumpsuits, floaty dresses with denim or chunky knits and pops of pink - young, flirty and effortless!
