My European Summer Edit

As soon as winter sets in, it seems like most of Sydney decides to jet off to Europe. This year, I too will be holidaying in the Mediterranean, which required putting together a little capsule wardrobe. My existing summer wardrobe needed a little freshening up, so I picked up a few pieces from Shopbop that will be coming along in my suitcases (and some that I had to sadly leave in my cart).

The Little White Dress

I love taking easy, flowy white dresses - they are so easy to throw on after the beach, or sitting in an outdoor bar sipping on an aperol. Add sneakers, little boots or sandals - they are such a versatile suitcase staple.   Check out more little white dresses here.

Easy, Summery Slides

Every summer wardrobe edit needs a cute pair of slides that can be worn all day, from a morning stroll to the patisserie to the bar at night. Adding a pair with with a little something special (think shiny, tassels or bows), will elevate even the simplest of outfits, Check out a bunch of cute options here.

Denim Shorts

I always have a least two pairs of denim shorts in my suitcase. I always look for a pair that is high waited and not too tight so they are comfy to walk around with all day. One Teaspoons are my go tos! Have a look at a bunch of options to suit your style here.

Straw Beach Bags

I'm definitely bringing my straw beach bag along with me to Europe. They are so perfect for holding everything you may need for a day of exploring - a towel, sunscreen, some make up and of course, room for any cheeky purchases.  There are so many cute options here.

Overall when packing a summer edit, less is more! Choose staples that you can mix and match, don't need ironing and can be worn all day long, from beach to bar!
